Design principles
The modular element system used gives freedom for the design of the building plans, within the general design concepts used.
Openness - the plans are as simple as possible, giving the design flexibility, with a feeling of airiness and space
Simplicity - the plans, massing, elevations and the building materials are simple but smart, focusing on the detailing, orientation and integration of the building. Terraces and sundecks are used to interact the internal with the surrounding natural environment
Sustainability - the buildings are built of reusable materials, impact on the environment is as small as possible

This plan is based on a linear look with the main space located centrally with ancillary accommodation to each side. It has generous sun deck and covered terrace space for outdoor relaxation
